Cavaloupe supports the creation of a place where everyone is welcome for personal development. The house features a variety of disciplines and works from a holistic, down-to-earth approach. The house offers a full range consisting of physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic development. The house offers a warm place where togetherness is central and opportunities are considered. The disciplines include psychological counselling, nutrition, sports & exercise, body therapy, massage and wellness. Music also plays a central role in the house. From spontaneous jam sessions to small-scale performances to motivating and supporting musical talent. Cavaloupe organises the business aspect of this venue to be set up. The work ranges from securing the right location, setting up the business plan, creating the necessary financial resources for set-up and implementation and bringing the right parties together. We also join the board of the organisation and monitor the health of the business.

Connecting elderly and young people, promoting the sharing of (life) experience, knowledge, values and opportunities. Giving each other valuable time and attention. Cavaloupe supports this project by exploring the possibilities whereby elderly people are brought into contact with young people and help each other with everyday things and issues. Each from his or her own starting point. Our support focuses on making the business plan, obtaining the necessary resources to implement it, setting up the foundation and managing and monitoring the plan and its implementation.

Cavaloupe supports various projects at healthcare organisations.

The projects are tailor-made and have in common that it transforms organisations from dependent to independent. Healthcare organisations largely receive their income from the Government, Municipalities and Insurers. Care is thus (partly) determined by the (budgets and regulations of) the paying party. 

Cavaloupe is developing an independent business model that allows the organisation to build a future-proof existence by adding a commercial vision and entering into collaborations that have a circular basis.

A project after our hearts.

Through Heart Talk, this organisation is setting up a national project to get people to share what is in their hearts. We survey interests and opportunities at schools, homes for the elderly and care homes, health organisations and sports clubs. The results of the survey will be processed and incorporated into the steps to be taken.

Nitrogen regulations are forcing farmers to shut down or change their farms. Up close, we have experienced what this can mean for farming families. People who pass on their love for farming from generation to generation.

We cannot change the nitrogen rules. However, we can look with you for opportunities to use the site within the current setting of the (farm) business and its owners for development of other business maturities, thus integrating a new form of business into the character of the farm.
